Implementasi != Pembuatan

Eye Catching

One of most imporant concepts in interface design is 'eye catching'. Some of things are very well known because of they are nice to look and eye catching. Maybe, we still remember how Coca-Cola made the brand for all of their products. People will directly know the product although they don't touch or hold it in their hand. We also shall remember how Apple corporation made the Apple logo. In a past event, someone asked Steve Jobs, CEO of Apple Corporation, about the Apple logo. Why he created a bitten apple fruit as a symbol of almost all of Apple Corporation products ? Steve said, "To differentiate it with tomato !"
What a brilliant idea ! Steve thought that, people always knew the different between apple and tomato from the shape of fruit. People don't eat tomato as if they eat apple. They have to slice it first into several parts before they eat tomato. However, they don't do it when they want to eat apple fruit. They just can directly bite it from a side and change to another side. Based on that, people will recognize a new product from Apple Corporation only by seeing their logo. This is an original way of Apple Corporation to sell their products and make them as elegant stuffs. You can prove it by watching several movies sponsored by Apple Corporation. They use an Apple product and show it to the audience with it logo.
A basic-natural charateristic of human habit is an interesting idea to create an eye catching product. Apple proves it.
How about your opinian ?

Supreme-IT : A Beginning

Supreme-IT is just another blog from Sunu Wibirama, a lecturer and IT-interested person located in Yogyakarta, Indonesia

Huff...it's just my second blog, after I wrote all of my ideas and opinians on my previous blog. You know, sometime people need a space to express their other ideas, some crazy ideas or may be just a small talk about ordinary job and duty. It shall different with their previous space they've used. What I do now is just like re-inventing the wheel. Yes, most of opinians and ideas in information technology use "re-inventing the wheel" concept. Linux is a modern thought of "easy-to-use" and "user-friendly" version from Unix. Extremly to talk, Microsoft Windows is just a "reincarnation" of The First Macintosh Operating System with a little touch from Bill Gates (you will understand what i am just talking about if you have ever seen a film titled "Pyrates of Silicon Valley"). An Apple mouse concept itself was inspired by a mouse - tool discovered by Xerox Corporation. Steve Jobs bought those thing and used it as a new innovation for his new computer, Macintosh.

Honestly, this blog is also inspired by a blog created by my advisor in Electrical Engineering Department, Innova-IT. Just like what i've given it name, this blog will tell us all ideas and opinians related to information technology, hopefully be a supreme information technology blog in Indonesia and a whole world.
